M for Monsterchicken!

.
Monsterkylling 1
.

Meet the Monsterchicken!!!
This little yellow fellow was made by Bulle when he went to kindergarten several years ago. We don’t celebrate Easter without it!
I love to think about how proud my three years old son was giving the monsterchicken as a gift to me. He was really pleased with his work.
Well, it was not so hard to come up with a name... Beak and legs pointing everywhere and eyes that can see in all directions – at the same time..
I think Picasso would like this piece of art!
Anyway... There is something special about decorations that the kids make for Christmas or Easter. I guess there are many of you that every holiday decorate your homes with stuff that only a mother can love!

Ah, he's so cute - but then I'm a Mom and a Gramma with a little boy in preschool. I still have things my own made me when they were little. :D

Fantastisk.
:-)

Reminds me of the Christmas tree decorations that my eldest children made at school and that we used until their shame became to great (read became teenagers)

PS A very good illustration!

Herlig monsterkylling.

Yes you're right about the decorations! I have so many Christmas ones that both my children have made over the years but sadly I don't remember which child goes with which object any more!
My mum is 73 and she still has decorations I made when I was at nursery!!
Oh I nearly forgot to say, I like your photo very much!
Thanks for visiting my M too

He is priceless. I have one very similar who lives in an orange plastic egg. They may be related -- something about the eyes!
